Foundation

Month 1

During phase 1 of the 8 week FF30 program, you will be introduced to functional training's principals, concepts, and methods. You will build a solid foundation of muscle and familiarize yourself with specific exercises that will eventually build on.

Strength

Month 1 + 2

During phase 2, we will focus on building strength throughout your whole body. You will continue to progress on your foundation so your body progressively develops and does not plateau.

Get ready to pick up the pace.

Intensity

Month 3

During phase 3, we increase the intensity and drop the reps. You will have the strength and conditioning you need to push it to a new level.
